YOGA CLASSES

Warm or Hot Yoga (60-90 mins) Our hot yoga classes capture the essence of the traditional hot yoga class and its 26 static postures but incorporates the flow and grace of other Hatha sequences. A fun blend of strength, flow and balance. Our warm classes are heated to ~85 degrees.  Our hot classes are heated to ~95-100 degrees. All abilities welcome.

Vinyasa Flow (60 min) A continuous flow of postures integrating breath and movement.  Builds heat, endurance, strength, flexibility and increases circulation. Sun salutations are an integral feature of the class, along with a  diverse mixture of asanas. This is a vigorous class that ends with deep relaxation.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation.  Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.
